“The institution of the conclusion of issues related to economic competition existed until 2021, but there were many partial regulations in the law,” Mr.Tigran Markosyan, member of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition, said in an interview with Iravaban.net.

“We decided to fully regulate this institute as well. As a result, we have a separate chapter on the issues. What is this? If the economic entity, state body or an official wants to demonstrate certain behavior, adopt acts, sign contracts and have doubts that this may be problematic, because if this is done in the future, we will be dealing with a completed offense: they can submit an application to the Commission in accordance with the established procedure, and request the conclusion of the Commission “whether it will he be legitimate in case of acting so or doing so?” in the scope of the application.”
