The “Tavush for the Motherland” Movement, led by the leader of Tavush Diocese, His Holiness Bagrat, has been marching from Tavush to Yerevan for several days now. According to the leaders, the movement and the march are motivated by the fight against one-sided demarcations in the Tavush region.

The march started from Kirants on 4 May, it is planned to reach Yerevan on 9 May, which is symbolic of Victory Day. Leaders of different dioceses, NA factions, and politicians joined the movement led by His Holiness Bagrat. The rally on 9 May will take place in the Republic Square, regarding which Iravaban.net conducted a video poll among the citizens to find out if they will go to the rally, what is their position and what do they think about the outcome of the movement.
