Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in a telephone conversation confirmed the need for efforts to normalize relations between Yerevan and Baku, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on its website. RIA Novosti writes.

“The need was confirmed to increase efforts to normalize relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia on the basis of a set of trilateral agreements at the highest level for 2020-2022, including the preparation of a peace treaty, unblocking transport communications and delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement about the telephone conversation two ministers on Saturday.
