The State Security Service of Azerbaijan showed the footage of Ruben Vardanyan’s arrest.
Vardanyan is accused of allegedly financing terrorism, organizing the illegal arrival of a foreigner or stateless person to the Republic of Azerbaijan, and participating in the creation and activities of armed formations or groups not provided for by law.
