The Stepanakert-Kornidzor road is overloaded. People stay on the road for days; in most cases it is not possible to contact them.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh informs..

“Dear” compatriots,

In order to avoid unnecessary problems, incidents and accidents, please do not hurry.

Due to traffic jams, it is not possible to carry out transportation even from regions.

Apply to the municipality and the administrations in the regions regarding the relocation of the population of Stepanakert.

Please note that our structure (Operational Headquarters and State Service of Emergency Situations) deals with the issues of missing persons, that is, with search and rescue operations.
