The candidates participating in the elections of the Yerevan Council of Elders submitted their declarations on property and income to the Central Electoral Commission.

Viktor Mnatsakanyan heads the list of the “Victory” Party, which is number 4 in the elections. He also previously held the position of head of the Kentron administrative district.

- 511,000 AND income received as salary from “Skevra” Urban Planning Institute,
