One of the victims of the accident in Shirak Marz continues treatment in the intensive care unit; his health condition is stable and improving.

The Ministry of Health reported.

The health condition of 3 victims receiving treatment in different departments of medical centers is assessed as stable or moderate.

Unfortunately, the doctors could not save the life of the citizen who was injured in the accident and was in critical condition.

It should be noted that the deceased is 23-year-old Eduard Koloyan, who was the fiancé of 24-year-old Amalya Mnatsakanyan, who died in the same tragic accident.

To remind, on the night of 14 August, a tragic car accident took place on the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, near the village of Lanjik. On the 90th km of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, a “Volkswagen” passenger minibus and a “ZIL” truck collided. 11 citizens were killed, including the driver of the minibus and the tour guide of “Hamshen Tour”, 6 were seriously injured.

The passengers of the tragic accident were returning from a trip to Western Armenia.
