The message issued by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on 13 July, at 11:15 and 14:10, the Defense Forces carried out fortification works in the Askeran and Karvachar regions of the Republic of Artsakh, which were allegedly suspended by by units of the Azerbaijani forces stationed in the occupied territories of the those regions., is another misinformation.
