The message circulated by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan on 11 March that Azerbaijani video surveillance systems allegedly recorded the column of military equipment of the RA Armed Forces accompanied by Russian peacekeepers along the Stepanakert-Ghaibalishen-Lisagor road does not correspond to reality.
“The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia announces once again that this information is false and that there are no units of the RA Armed Forces or military equipment in the territory of Nagorno Karabakh,” the statement reads.
