“Early this morning, the Artsakh side suffered no territorial losses as a result of the armed attack on the police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh by the subversive group of the Azerbaijani armed forces. The Azerbaijani side gave victims and retreated,” he said.
