On 13 February, at 8:28 p.m., the Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center was alerted that an accident had occurred on the Yerevan-Meghri highway, near the Zod Bridge, there are no casualties.
One combat team from the fire-rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs left for the scene of the incident.
It was found that a “Mercedes” car (driver: A. S., born in 1979) and the passenger train (driver: S. G., born in 1961) collided.
The rescuers cut off the power of the car and closed the valve of the gas cylinder.
