RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree today, on 20 December, which states:
“Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, and Article 5, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government.
Appoint Vahe Hovhannisyan as Minister of Finance.”
Before that, by the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on 19 December, Hovhannisyan was released from the post of Deputy Minister of Finance.
