“On 28 November, 2022, in a closed session, discussing the candidacy of a person included in the subsection of the anti-corruption specialization section of the anti-corruption specialization section of the list of judges to fill the vacancy of a judge specializing in proceedings on corruption crimes of the Anti-Corruption Court and guided by Article 175, Part 1, Clause2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia; According to Parts 1 and 5 of Article 94, Clause 1 of Part 2 of Article 113, Clause 5 of Part 1 of Article 115 and Article  117of the Constitutional Law “Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia, the Supreme Judicial Council

DECIDES

1. To recommend the candidacy of Khachik Karapet Ghazaryan to the President of the Republic for appointment to the vacancy of a judge specializing in proceedings on corruption crimes of the Anti-Corruption Court.
2. Regarding the proposal presented in point 1 of this decision, in accordance with Article 117 of the Constitutional Law “Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia”, from the moment of entering into force of the Decree of the President of the Republic, remove Khachik Karapet Ghazaryan from the list of candidates for judges.
3. This decision enters into force on the day following its publication.”
