During the last one day, one violation of the cease-fire regime by the servicemen of Azerbaijan was registered in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated .
“One violation of the ceasefire regime was registered. In the area of the village of Avdur of the Martuni region, a fire was shot from a rifle from an observation post of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan in the direction of a tractor that was carrying out agricultural work. There were no casualties as a result of the shooting,” the Russian side said in the 19 November message.
The Russian Ministry of Defense added that the command of the Russian peacekeeping personnel is investigating this incident in cooperation with the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides.
