Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made a post on his Twitter page, which reads:

“At the beginning of September, Armenia agreed to work on the basis of the main principles and parameters of the establishment of interstate relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan presented by the Russian Federation and is ready to confirm this in Sochi. We hope Russia will defend its proposals.”
