The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that allegedly on 12 October, at around 12:30, the RA Armed Forces units opened fire in the direction of equipment carrying out construction works in the eastern direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, is another misinformation.
