According to Azerbaijani media, Azerbaijan is preparing to return to Armenia 17 Armenian prisoners of war captured during the large-scale aggression of 13-14 September.
“Armenpress” is trying to verify the authenticity of the information from the RA state departments, so far there is no confirmation or denial.
