Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan, today, on 11 August, made a decision to release former Prosecutor General, former Chairman of the Investigative Committee Aghvan Hovsepyan, on bail of 100 million drams and a signature not to leave.
As we already reported, today, on 11 August, Aghvan Hovsepyan’s defense attorney Eric Aleksanyan said that they had submitted a petition to the court, requesting to convene an extraordinary court session and discuss again the issue of changing the restraining order due to his health condition. New documents have been submitted regarding Aghvan Hovsepyan’s health condition.
The urgent court session was scheduled for 16:30.
