On 4 August , the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Armenia published the decision on the issue of subjecting Judge Tigran Simonyan of the Criminal Court of Appeal to disciplinary liability.

The Supreme Judicial Council reported.

The Council decided to terminate the examination of the issue of disciplinary action against Tigran Simonyan.

The decision is effective from the moment of publication and is final.
