According to the Constitutional Law “On Parties”, the members of the party’s permanent governing body, and in the case of other governing bodies, the members of these bodies (hereinafter referred to as the members of the Party’s governing body) must submit to the Corruption Prevention Commission the annual declaration on property and income for 2021, as well as for 2022, in case of assuming or terminating a position after 1 January, the relevant declarations.
The Corruption Prevention Commission reported.
The commission had issued a notice on 8 July, 2022 on the launch of the e-declaration system, providing a username and password and offering a one-month deadline to submit relevant returns by 8 August, 2022.
