The Cadastre Committee has submitted for public discussion the draft Government decision of the real estate valuation standards and the evaluator’s behavior requirements.

The General Valuation Standard sets out the requirements for all types of assessment tasks, including the formulation of the TOR of the assessment, the types of assessment values, the preconditions for the assessment, approaches and methods of the assessment, the procedure, and the mandatory requirements for the assessment results.
