On 25 April, at 5:36 pm, the Lori Regional Crisis Management Center received an alarm that a child had fallen into the Debed River. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
One fire brigade from the fire-rescue detachment of the regional rescue department of the Emergency Situations Ministry and one fire brigade from the Odzun base left for the scene.
Search and rescue operations are being carried out on the spot, in which 30 rescuers are participating.
