The Minimal Salary 45.000 AMD from 1 July.

The RA Government has adopted a number of changes and amendments in its former decisions that are due to the increase of the minimal salary from 1 July.

 

The basic wage rates of the corresponding labor groups that are in labor relations in the sphere of the state government are raised and harmonized with the minimal salary provided by law. At the same time the current rates of military pension of the military servants and individuals equalized to them are preserved. The amount current official rates for calculation of the financial assistance provided are left unchanged.

 

In the connection with determining the minimal salary at the rate of 45.000AMD, corresponding changes in the 2013 state budget were made as well, to ensure administration of the budget in the state and local self government bodies. It has been decided to make the mentioned allocations on the account of additional tax incomes of the state budget in the current year.

 

“With this decision we increase the income plan of the state budget by 20 billion AMD,” Tigran Sargsyan said. “We allocate 3.8 billion AMD by the second clause, to be able to totally cover by the state budget the expenses related with the increase of the minimal salary. In addition a portion of these costs will be used to assist the local self government bodies, so that they are able to compensate the increase of the minimum wage.”

 

Today Irvaban.net has already informed that RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a number of laws, among which the Law on making Amendments and Additions in the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Minimal Salary.
