On 20 January, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision to relieve Kristinne Grigoryan from the post of First Deputy Minister of Justice.
“Pursuant to Article 9 (1) of the Law on Public Service, to relieve Kristine Grigoryan from the post of First Deputy Minister of Justice,” the Prime Minister’s decision reads.
It should be reminded that the issue of nominating Kristine Grigoryan for the post of the RA Human Rights Defender has received a positive conclusion of the NA Standing Committee on Human Rights and Public Affairs.
Ms Grigoryan was appointed Deputy Minister of Justice by the decision of the Prime Minister on 3 July, 2019, and First Deputy Minister of Justice on 6 April, 2021.
