A citizen or a legal person may deny the property right over his property by notifying about it by a written statement or performing actions that obviously show his isolation from possession, use and disposition of the property, without any intention to posses any right upon the property.
In case of the unknown owner of the goods and/or transportation means within expiration of 1 (one) year since the moment of importing these goods is a basis to recognize the fact of refusal of the property right.
The withdrawal of the right to own property may not be a basis for the suspension of the rights and obligations of the owner, unless another person acquires right to that property.
