As Hakob Arshakyan was answering, she asked him this question. “What kind of positive, constructive light is the speech about? Can you finally inform the public about the processes taking place in the country?”
Hakob Arshakyan said that the logic of opening the Armenian-Turkish border without preconditions has not changed. He noted that it is in the interests of Armenia and the Armenian people.
