Determining the Cost for Appraisal of the Real Estate

Determining of the cost amount for the appraisal of the real estate and other conditions are provided by the contract for services signed between the persons(s) providing services on the appraisal of real estate and the client in compliance with provisions of the Civil Code of the RA. The cost amount for the appraisal of the real estate shall not depend on the overall the value of the total real estate valuation formula Source.
