We will not go to “lockdowns”, get vaccinated: Nikol Pashinyan to the citizens

On 4 November, during the Government session, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan reminded that the decision has already been made – wearing a mask is mandatory in all, including open areas, and the police must strictly follow the wearing masks.

“We must permanently give that message to our citizens that the way to reduce the probability of death from the coronavirus is vaccination, there is no other way, dear compatriots. Today our healthcare system is overloaded, theoretically, we are already in that situation: that if there is a person waiting at home, it means that there is no place in our hospitals. People are dying, there are alarms every day, we are witnessing a lot of tragic recordings every day, but in the end we have said this many times, we have said it a long time ago and we say that there is only one way to avoid it – to get vaccinated.

We will not go to “lockdowns”. I want us to record this clearly.

“We must keep the wearing of masks carefully, we must vaccinate in large volumes,” Nikol Pashinyan said. He also mentioned that there is an opportunity to carry out 20,000-25,000 vaccinations a day, but there are days when less vaccinations are carried out because of the inactivity of the citizens.
