“Let’s get vaccinated. The vaccination process against Covid-19 virus started in the yard of the Opera House at 11:00. Vaccination is currently carried out with all vaccines available in Armenia: AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Sputnik V, Moderna.”

Earlier, the Ministry of Health informed that on 24 October, at 11:00 am, an event entitled “Vaccination Day in Yerevan” will take place in the yard of the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater after Al. Spendiryan, on the initiative of the RA Ministry of Health, Yerevan Municipality in cooperation with the Armenian Red Cross Society.

Mobile vaccination centers will be set up in the yard of the Opera House to allow citizens who wish to be vaccinated to be vaccinated on the spot. The aim of the event is to encourage the vaccination process, to make the public more aware of the information related to it, to raise high public awareness about the possibility of vaccination.

Volunteers from the Armenian Red Cross Society will distribute vaccination materials to passers-by, as well as personal protective equipment.
