From which Age can Persons get married?

Under the former legislation of the RA the marriage age for women was 17 and 18 for men.
Pursuant to changes in the RA Family Code, the current marriage age is 18 years, except for the cases mentioned below:
A person may marry at the age of 17 on the consent of his/her adoptive parents or trustees.
A person may marry at the age of 16 as well, on the consent of his/her adoptive parents or trustees and if the other person is at least 18 years of age.
