The United Nations Court of International Justice (The Hague Tribunal) will hold public hearings on the basis of the “International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination” in the case of Armenia v. Azerbaijan.
Hearings are scheduled for 14 and 15 October, 2021.
Due to the coronavirus epidemic, it will be conducted remotely.
In another statement, the court stated that the hearings in the case “Azerbaijan v. Armenia” were scheduled for 18 and 19 October.
