Inter-ethnic conflict expert Nairi Hokhikyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“During the trial of the Armenian captives in Azerbaijan, the lawyers filed a motion to initiate a criminal case against the former Defense Minister of Armenia David Tonoyan and the former Chief of General Staff Onik Gasparyan.

The Azerbaijan court did not satisfy the motion, noting that the complicity of David Tonoyan and Onik Gasparyan has not been proven.”
