The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has issued a statement, which reads:

“The population of the displaced regions of Artsakh are involved in about 20 social assistance programs, most of which are approaching to completion. 97% of Artsakh residents have used the programs.

During the involvement in the programs, there were problems related to the inaccuracies of the documents, which, as a result of operative discussion and analysis, were processed.”
