On 5 May, at around 20:20, a policeman submitted a report informing that at 14:00 on the same day the Chairman of the 9/17 Polling Station, which was located in School #1 after S. Shahumyan, had approached him and pointing Edgar Y. said that the latter attempted to vote repeatedly.

Edgar Y. explained that he tried to vote for the 2nd time having the intention to check the vigilance of the commission members.

The Investigative section of Kentron Police Department initiated a criminal case under the requirements of article 34-153 of the Criminal Code of the RA.
The Police informed that the preliminary investigation was in process.
