On 8 April, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision stating:
“Guided by Article 27, Part 1 of the Law on Local Self-Government:
- To dismiss Hayk Ghalumyan from the post of acting head of Ijjan community of Tavush region of the Republic of Armenia.
- To appoint Artur Chagharyan acting head of Ijjan community of Tavush region of the Republic of Armenia. “
As we have already informed , by the decision of the government Hayk Ghalumyan will be appointed governor of Tavush.
