Vardan B. was charged for the fact that in April 2012, he used the special program which provides opportunity to illegally obtain and copy the log-ins and passwords of the users of social networks illegally accessed the individual pages of N.P., V.E., A.K., which contained private information and changed their log-ins and passwords. Thus he deprived the users to access their individual pages, and caused moral damages to them.

The means of restraint against the defendant Vardan B. was set cognizance not to leave.

The names of the persons are changed.

Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
