The administration of Kashatagh region of the Artsakh Republic has issued a statement, which says”

We officially announce that no resident has been “ordered” to leave Berdzor until 30 November.

There is a rumor that from 1 December, the management of Berdzor should pass to the new Azerbaijani city leaders, and the people of Berdzor are allowed to continue living there.

This is still a hypothesis, the denial or confirmation of which we cannot say anything about yet, according to that, we could not “order” anyone to leave the city.

“Discussions and negotiations are being held to find out the further status of the city of Berdzor, the results of which, we hope, the government of the Artsakh Republic will announce in time and no one will suffer as much as possible.”

Notably, a number of Facebook users alert that the residents of Berdzor have been given three days to leave the city.
