The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic Masis Mailyan reports:

“On 19 November, the Council of Marseille City of France adopted a resolution in which, in particular, expressing its concern over the situation around Artsakh, called on the French government, together with the international community, to recognize the independence of the Artsakh Republic, to establish lasting peace in the region and Artsakh and to ensure the protection of the population.”
