Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page: “On 13 November, I hosted a delegation led by Baroness Caroline Cox, Member of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
I thanked Baroness Cox for her support and humanitarian work in Artsakh during the most difficult moments for the people of Artsakh.
During the meeting, we spoke in detail about the large-scale aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh with the direct involvement of foreign armed terrorists, the latest developments in the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict, the 10 November statement of the Prime Minister of Armenia, the President of Russia and the Presidents of Azerbaijan and the subsequent developments.
Baroness Caroline Cox presented the steps taken by the international community to properly condemn Azerbaijan’s criminal behavior, to call on the Artsakh people to fight for their rights and freedoms, and to address the humanitarian crisis in Artsakh due to Turkish-Azerbaijani aggression the need for steps to be taken.”
