Within the framework of his political consultations with the parliamentary and extra-parliamentary forces, the President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian met with the Chairman of the “Homeland” party Arthur Vanetsyan.

The interlocutors particularly referred to the recent developments in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, in particular to the statement of the Prime Minister of Armenia, the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, the statement on the complete cessation of all hostilities in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone.

President Sarkissian emphasized the existence of an atmosphere of public solidarity and national consensus in the process of resolving issues of national importance.

The leader of the “Homeland” party presented his assessments and observations, noting that the party has its vision to get out of the current situation.
