The fighting around Shushi has not stopped for about two days. The representative of the Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan reported.
“Today, and the last night, there were quite heavy and intense battles in the settlements around Shushi, on the roads leading to Shushi, as well as near Shushi. If 8 May, 1992 was marked in the Armenian history as the day of the liberation of Shushi, in the Armenian history these passing days will probably enter as a brilliant day in the defense of Shushi. The ‘Gorbagyor’ military operation to destroy certain enemy tactical groups, mercenaries, and bandits is successfully continuing,” he said.
