The “SASNA Tsrer” pan-Armenian movement disseminated the call of Jirayr Sefilyan, which says:

“To the disenfranchised indigenous Peoples of Azerbaijan,

Brothers and Sisters,

With this war the disintegration of the artificial state called Azerbaijan begins.

It is time for you to organize yourselves and join the liberation struggle. Be sure that we, the indigenous nations of this region, will crush the enemy hand in hand, we will be the complete masters of our homelands.

Keep in mind that the current efforts of the world to find a solution to the ceasefire are disconnected from reality.

The end of the mini-empire called Azerbaijan depends on our will and actions, because the interests of most of the world’s powers coincide in general.
