Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan writes on his Facebook page:

“As many people are interested in this issue, I would like to note that according to our preliminary estimates, about 90,000 residents of Artsakh have left their homes due to deliberate and indiscriminate attacks and ongoing threats from Azerbaijan. It makes up about 60% of the population of Artsakh, which includes those who moved to other settlements of Artsakh”, as well as to Armenia. The international community must make every effort to stop the atrocities by Azerbaijan and return these people to their homes.”
