The head of Kajaran community Manvel Paramazyan addressed the residents of the community: “Dear residents of Kajaran community, I appeal to all men aged 20-60, who are able to take up arms, those who have just returned from the Artsakh front; the insidious enemy is threatening to invade our region. Our soldiers are fighting in Artsakh, and we must defend Syunik. All to arms!. I ask the population not to panic.
