Turkey offers to hold quadripartite negotiations on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict with the participation of Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia. Interfax reported, citing Turkish media.
“Since Russia is on Armenia’s side, and we, Turkey, support Azerbaijan, let’s four of us meet to discuss the solution of those problems. As the Minsk Group has not been able to find a solution for more than 30 years, it is time to find a new mechanism,” Ibrahim Kalin, a spokesman for the Turkish president said.
