Artsakh President’s Spokesman Vahram Poghosyan informs:

It is only a matter of minutes that the Defense Army’s proportional response will follow, but that by targeting the civilian population again, the enemy is making it clear that there is no situation on the front line, it is definitely a proven fact.”

It should be reminded that a while ago Vahram Poghosyan wrote that as a result of strong blows of the Defense Army, the enemy has significant losses of manpower and military equipment. And the large-scale attacks on the southern part of the front line hours ago are the last futile attempts to achieve some result.
