According to Grigory Martirosyan, the pensions will be paid on time, and in case of non-payment of utility bills, the gas supply to the citizens, as well as electricity and water, will not be cut off.

The Minister once and again confirmed: “I am officially announcing. The city of Stepanakert is not evacuated. Several villages were evacuated, which are on the border, located a few kilometers from the front. The decision to evacuate the city of Stepanakert will be made in case of reasonable circumstances.”
