Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan stated that they were waiting for the war, only the day was not known.
“Yes, we have lost positions, mainly in the direction of Talish. We have victims and wounded among the civilian population. I want to express my condolences to the families. I must declare that it is not Azerbaijan that is fighting with us, but Turkey. The weapons of the Turkish army are used,” the Artsakh President said.
Harutyunyan mentions that Artsakh uses the forces of the Artsakh Defense Army; there will be volunteers from Armenia.
