According to the Health and Labor Inspectorate, as a result of the gradual easing of restrictions, non-citizens of the Republic of Armenia were allowed to enter Armenia. The current procedure for visits is as follows:
Immediately after entering the territory of the Republic of Armenia by air, a medical examination is performed to detect the presence of infection or symptoms of infection. After passing the relevant examination, the person entering shall be subject to self-isolation for a period of 14 days, unless hospitalization or other restrictive measures are applied to the latter due to the presence of symptoms.
A person in self-isolation may voluntarily, on a paid basis, undergo a PCR examination for the diagnosis of coronavirus (COVID-19). Moreover, the sampling necessary for PCR testing during isolation should be carried out exclusively through a visit of representatives of the appropriate laboratories to the place of self-isolation of the person. In case of a negative result of the PCR examination, the person leaves self-isolation.
In addition to the list of laboratories presented, PCR testing is performed in almost all private medical centers.
The presented list was approved by the RA Ministry of Health.
