On 20 August, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision stating:

“Pursuant to Part 4 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia On Public Service, to relieve Rafael Avetisyan from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Urban Development Committee.”
